I understand that the information I'm providing will be held strictly confidential and used only to contact me regarding my submission and payment details, and I authorize TicklishCuties to contact me for this purpose. I understand that the video or photographic material I'm submitting will not be posted until I've signed a release form and payment has been made to me. I certify that I am an adult 18 years of age or older and own fully all rights, intellectual and otherwise, to the material I am submitting, and I understand that I continue to do so until a financial compensation agreement has been made between myself and TicklishCuties. I understand that the material I'm submitting is for consideration only and that TicklishCuties is under no obligation to purchase any material they do not wish to use. I certify that all persons appearing in the material I'm submitting are 18 years of age or older. I understand that I'm legally responsible for the material I'm submitting, including material which stars or otherwise depicts other persons, but that such material may still require such persons' signature and proof of age at the sole discretion of TicklishCuties. I understand that submitted material which contains trademarked or copyrighted material that is not my own, including but not limited to, brand names or logos on clothing or other items, business names or signs, content playing on television or computer screens, and musical or other soundtracks may not be accepted by TicklishCuties or may require further editing before publication.
